Digital invoice processing for Vacansoleil

Vacansoleil has been happily working with ISPnext's invoice processing solution in combination with ERP system Exact Globe since 2016. For this, they also use SmartScan. Vacansoleil has about 10 employees working in the accounts payable department. A big advantage for the team is that the solution is a multi-user tool which allows multiple people to work together at the same time. We have asked Vacansoleil’s application manager about their user experience.

New way of working is mastered quickly

Ivo: “After going live, I will internally hand over the baton to our Support Department for any further support. This transfer also shows that implementation went well.” The client's feedback is positive. Vacansoleil concludes: “The first few weeks it took us a bit more time to code the invoices. Now, with SmartScan, my colleagues can optimise the recognition of invoice data themselves. I look forward to optimising our processes even more.”
