Three years ago, HAK chose our digital solution to make invoice processing smarter and faster. Since then, a lot has happened within the organisation. Yet one thing has remained unchanged: the positive experience with ISPnext's platform and the cooperation.
This time, we did not talk to Maikel but to Wayne van Haperen, Finance Manager at HAK. Wayne explains that the first impressions from back then still stand. "The system is easy to understand and works intuitively. It was like that in the beginning, and it still is now," he says. Wayne is also clear about cooperation: "If we have a question or something needs adjusting, we can switch quickly. That just works nicely."
At the moment, HAK's main focus is on bringing more peace and stability to the organisation. Nevertheless, there are also plans for the future. For instance, it is looking at a possible switch from Fourseasons to
M3 Cloud, and whether a link with
Ultimo could be a next step. HAK is therefore not standing still. Step by step, it continues to build an organisation that is ready for the future, with digitalisation as an important basis.
