Automatic interface
With this link, it is possible to match purchase invoices as well as cost invoices with contract conditions. These are specifically registered as order line items in BESTMIX® ERP Suite based on, for example, delivered weight or quantities. Invoices can thus be handled in an efficient and high-quality manner. Additional administrative actions and checks are thus avoided.
First go live at Granovit
The ISPnext BESTMIX® ERP Suite link has been in use at Granovit, a Swiss animal feed company, since April 2022. One of the users at Granovit says: ''The logistics invoices go through the system via a three-way match. In doing so, ISPnext matches the incoming invoice with the order number and receipt records by price and quantity. What is unique about matching is that BESTMIX® ERP Suite looks at settings at the supplier level. The system determines whether to match on numbers received or weight provided by supplier. Any transportation costs are added and it is checked to which contract from BESTMIX® ERP Suite the order was ordered on. If this matches, the invoice is automatically made payable without the time spent by the accounts payable department. This, of course, means a substantial savings in labour time for administrative processing."Agricultural cooperative Vitelia also works with AP Automation together with BESTMIX® ERP Suite.
