The collaboration between ISPnext and the BESTMIX delivers a smart standard integration with AP Automation, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This connector is purpose-built for organisations in the food and feed industries, enabling automated and accurate processing of purchase invoices, including ‘call-off orders’. 

Thanks to our certified standard connector for D365 F&O, enhanced with a specific BESTMIX extension, additional functionality is available to process invoices that contain weight information, contract details and transport data.

A smart BESTMIX integration

The combination of BESTMIX and ISPnext adds a seamless layer to your existing ERP environment. While traditional ERP systems have limitations in the end-to-end process, this integration offers immediate advantages.

  • Single Source of Truth (SSOT): The automatic synchronisation of master data and invoice postings ensures the ERP system remains the leading source. This helps prevent errors, reduce risks and maintain consistent reporting. Approvers work directly in ISPnext, without the need for additional BESTMIX licences.

  • Real-time processing: Invoices are registered immediately upon receipt. If the data matches, the invoice is automatically posted. Reversals and error handling are also supported, giving you full control and visibility over your outstanding commitments.

  • Advanced archiving and payment control: Invoices can be easily accessed from within the BESTMIX, including data on due dates, discounts and payment timelines. This improves cash flow and strengthens supplier relationships.

  • Matching: 2-way and 3-way matching ensures alignment between orders, receipts and invoices. This prevents unauthorised payments and supports a reliable financial administration.
