ISPnext and ValidSign announce integration for digital signing

With this collaboration, we are taking the next step in fully automating the e-signature process within ISPnext. Users can initiate the signing process directly via ValidSign within the ISPnext application, without leaving the platform. Digital signatures created through ValidSign are fully traceable for audit purposes and legally valid.

The creation and management of contracts takes place within Contract Management. Users can then easily send documents for signing via ValidSign to the relevant parties. Through ValidSign, they can sign documents digitally straight away. Once completed, the signed document is automatically returned and archived in the correct contract file within ISPnext.

This prevents contracts from being lost during the process or incorrect versions from being signed. By enabling digital signing, errors such as missing signatures are avoided and signing is completed more quickly. This allows more time to focus on the content and quality of contracts.
