Invoice processing at Vostermans Ventilation

Vostermans Ventilation has chosen ISPnext and its invoice processing solution. The link to ERP system Infor LN was a welcome addition. Martijn Lenssen, Business Controller at Vostermans Ventilation, explains: “We are very enthusiastic about ISPnext's software. The invoice processing solution is user-friendly and helps us increase the efficiency of processes within our organisation." Looking up invoices is significantly faster, which increases productivity. Vostermans Ventilation also indicates that invoice processing is faster than their previous invoice processing system.

Technical support

In addition to the software from ISPnext, the technical support was also well received by Vostermans Ventilation. Future

Martijn says: "We are pleased with the progress we have made in invoice processing. This has provided us with significant efficiency gains. But I don’t believe in full automation of the finance department. We will always need employees who have the know-how about invoice processing within our organisation."
