HAK Has Higher Productivity Thanks to ISPnext

An automated process for significant cost savings on invoice processing. HAK has integrated its invoice processing with the ERP system Infor Baan. The integration of ISPnext allows HAK to increase productivity within invoice processing.

No More Manual Operations

Maikel Jongenelis, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at HAK BV comments: "Manual actions on and with invoices are a thing of the past. Invoices can be accessed by any user, and the time spent by accounts payable on processing invoices is significantly shorter."

Thanks to the time savings from digitising invoice processing, HAK is moving to further digitise other processes within the company. This is where they hope to gain even more efficiency in the near future.
