Automated invoicing for DESTIL

DESTIL B.V. has been using ISPnext's invoice processing solution since April 2021. We chat with Christiaan van Eeden, Assistant Controller for DESTIL. ‘’At the time, we switched to a new ERP system, Dynamics 365. Digitisation of invoices

DESTIL used Dynamics AX 2009 before they switched to Dynamics 365. ‘’We had already digitised our invoices within the Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system. It was a relief compared to processing invoices on paper. We were also already familiar with the approval of invoices via software. We now do that via ISPnext. The processes are going well with it.''

Collaboration

Future

DESTIL has ambitious plans for the future. Christiaan: ‘’DESTIL wants to grow further through professionalisation, becoming more sustainable and automation. The goal is to make it easy for our clients further. In collaboration with the financial department, we would like to further develop the use of XML and EDI for the processing of incoming invoices.’’
