Integron Group Live with ISP-Invoice and SmartScan

Integron Group works with the ERP system Acto. To reduce the administrative burden on the organisation, Integron began looking for an invoice processing solution. They found the best solution was Invoice Automation with the integrated scanning tool SmartScan. The integration of Invoice Automation with SmartScan ensures that invoice recognition is optimised. Purchase invoices are processed increasingly swiftly as a result.

They do this with seven employees in the accounts payable department (spread across different branches) and eight approvers.
