Anton: ‘’We started working with ISPnext because we wanted to check the financial administrations of our companies. With the aim of then extracting the creditor and spend information from this. That way, we have an insight into the number of creditors and how much money we are spending across the whole of the Netherlands.'' Vebego previously used spreadsheets to process administration, but since starting to use Contract Management and Spend Analytics, efficiency has increased considerably. ‘’When we started working with ISPnext, we started collecting all our contracts to look at what they do and don't make provision for. This enabled us to gain insight into contract compliance for each company. This produced huge efficiency gains and better information for the purpose of contract management.’’

Centrale tool

Not just Vebego, but its subsidiaries also use ISPnext's solutions. Anton explains: ''I use the software myself every day to extract data, produce management reports and to draw attention to the benefits of central procurement. Our subsidiaries also use the solutions. It is one central tool, but it's their data after all. We are increasing our awareness of the procurement perspective with ISPnext's solutions.''

Vendor Management

In addition to Contract Management and Spend Analytics, Vebego also uses Vendor Management. ''We have set up workflows in Vendor Management. These assist us with audits. The next step in terms of efficiency gains is to get control of the ISO certificates. When we receive them from the supplier, they have end dates on them, but no one keeps managing them.''

Collaboration

Vebego's Procurement Department uses the Business Spend Management platform to be able to work more efficiently and to increase awareness of procurement. They experience the convenience of Vendor Management, Contract Management and Spend Analytics daily. Anton: ''The collaboration is positive. We had a great deal of contact in the beginning, which is no longer necessary. The contact is excellent. Colleagues from ISPnext's support department are always willing to help.''
