Professionalising Contract Management for SSC Ons

Since 2020, Shared Service Centrum (SSC) Ons has been working with ISPnext’s Vendor Management, Sourcing and Contract Management. Hanna Schuinder, Coordinator of Contract Management and Support Team, explains: "At SSC Ons, we use ISPnext's solutions for contract monitoring and management of our own contracts, and for contracts we monitor or manage for our partners. Additionally, we also make the solutions available to our partners."

Professionalisation

SSC Ons helps its partners bring contract management to fruition by providing, among others, support and professionalism with ISPnext's solutions. The solutions help SSC Ons secure, optimise and bundle contracts on behalf of its partners. Hanna: "ISPnext helps us stay in control when it comes to understanding current contracts and cancelling or renewing contracts in due order. In addition, ISPnext contributed to the professionalisation of contract management in other aspects, such as using the e-sign solution, mail campaigns, alerts and audits. We also use Sourcing in mini-competitions. This contributes to a transparent order process and procurement with integrity."

Collaboration

SSC Ons is positive about the cooperation with ISPnext. "We have an intensive collaboration and would like to continue this way." The support department is easily accessible.
