Overview and Time Savings for Euroma

The ambition of Royal Euroma's finance department back in 2013 was to further automate the approval process with a scanning solution. There was no longer a need for running physical invoices through the organisation. It was digital invoices only! Roel Veld, Euroma’s financial administration manager, talks about the efficiency gains the company is pursuing. "ISPnext proved to be the right party for us then and now, in combination with our ERP package."

Quick Approval and Pleasant Procedure

In February 2018, Euroma acquired its competitor, Intertaste. The accounting departments of the two companies were then harmonised to create a single central department at the head office in Zwolle. A total of about 40,000 incoming invoices per year at Euroma are processed with ISP-Invoice.

Flexible Implementation and Upgrade

The department manages all of the accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, salaries and claims. The finance staff works with Invoice Automation to digitally process incoming invoices to full satisfaction. "In 2019, Euroma switched to ISP-Invoice 4.5 and ISP-SmartScan. It was a welcome upgrade. With the project manager, consultant and furnisher, the upgrade was implemented smoothly!"

With Invoice Automation, Euroma has a complete overview of all invoices, including invoices which have not yet been processed. It also benefits the approval process. "In an audit, we can show a clear trace and the comments of employees."

“In the future, we hope to achieve even greater efficiency in the accounting department. For example, to expedite the authorisation process. Perhaps ISP-Report will give us an even clearer overview in that respect. Fully digital processing and approval of claims is also on our agenda. This allows us to save even more time!”
