We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For customer data, the retention period agreed in the contract applies, supplemented by statutory retention obligations. We retain data from website visitors and newsletter subscribers until you unsubscribe or object. We delete recruitment data within four weeks of completing the procedure, or, with your consent, retain it for a maximum of one year.
If you wish to exercise your rights, you can let us know by email at privacy@ispnext.com. If your request is refused, we will explain why. One reason may be that your file contains information that is or may be relevant to others. You will hear from ISPnext within one month of receipt of your request.
If you have a complaint about the way your personal data is processed, you can also contact ISPnext and we will try to resolve it together with you. Do you have another remark, question or suggestion, or do you wish to object to direct marketing by ISPnext? You can contact us in writing about that too. ISPnext will of course also treat the personal data provided in this context confidentially and carefully.
