BESTMIX BESTMIX & ISPnext: invoice matching

Together with BESTMIX, we have developed a standard link between D365 and AP Automation. This link makes it possible to efficiently process purchase invoices and automatically match them with so-called call-off orders from BESTMIX. Invoices are compared with the contract conditions that are recorded as order line items in BESTMIX, for example based on delivered weight or ordered quantities.

Thanks to this integration, invoices can be processed quickly, accurately and fully automatically. This eliminates the need for additional administrative tasks and extensive checks, thereby improving the quality of invoice processing and maximising efficiency.
