According to Carin de Jong, an Accounting Supervisor and therefore responsible, among other things, for the Accountants Payable process within Driscoll's, "Our invoice processing process was obsolete, but thanks to ISPnext we can now save both time and costs by sharing work across business units in Europe. In addition, it enabled digital archiving, which is also a cost saver. But above all, it is much more environmentally friendly. Driscoll's is committed to sustainability. This is reflected in our innovations in packaging materials, moving from plastic to a more sustainable solution with paper."
Carin looks back on the implementation with ISPnext: "Thanks to the plug-and-play interface, we incurred little to no development costs. The promised flexibility was delivered and ISP has been very patient with the long lead-in we needed to give a final GO. We cannot imagine any other party being as cooperative and flexible as ISP. We have extensive internal procedures to monitor our ERP system. ISP handled this very professionally."
