Logics Invoice Processing for Fetim Group

Fetim Group has been working with ISPnext's digital invoice processing solution since 2017. The invoice processing solution needed to integrate seamlessly with Infor’s M3 ERP system.

Fetim's accounts payable system easily retrieves invoices through its interface with Infor M3.

Intuitive Technology

Ellis van Heuvelen, ICT Manager at Fetim, shares her experiences with ISPnext: "ISPnext's technology is intuitive, logical and reliable. We process our invoices faster and digitally. In turn, this saves resources and effort within the Fetim finance team. This leaves time to provide colleagues and MT members with better financial insights."

Ellis continues: "A digital archive is always available in real time. We are now also working with locking in default booking paths when encoding invoices. Another feature we like is being able to create a template for each creditor. For example, most fields are auto-filled when an invoice is read by AP Automation. An audit is available for every invoice in the system. Should there be an audit, we can easily see which colleague was involved in the invoice review and approval."
