Better and Faster Invoice Recognition for Eurosafe Solutions

Eurosafe Solutions, a fall protection specialist, has switched to ERP system Acto. With around 10,000 invoices per year, they were looking for an e-invoicing partner to process the invoices. It needed to be a high-performance interface with Acto. ISPnext proved to be the right partner in this change. The company uses ISP-Invoice via the Virtual Private Cloud for complete satisfaction.

 Professional and User-Friendly Application

Marc van der Meulen, manager of Service & Maintenance at Eurosafe Solutions, talks about the selection: "We were looking for an e-invoicing partner that has a proven and fully functional interface with Acto. In addition, we wanted a professional and user-friendly application for the entire invoice processing process. Through our ERP vendor Acto, we were introduced to ISPnext. We had a good click from the start. The integration with Acto and the smooth contact with ISPnext made us decide to go with ISPnext.

Marc has been involved as a project leader in the implementation of their new ERP system Acto and consequently the implementation of ISPnext: "The introduction was good. There was a clear plan for efficient implementation." Short Lines of Communication and Adequate Consultation

The associated familiarisation process went smoothly for the Eurosafe Solutions staff. According to Marc, "The switch to ISP-Invoice went smoothly. Because of the training provided, we were able to quickly start working with the system successfully." Marco ten Pas, consultant at ISPnext, supervised Eurosafe Solutions' go live: "Before going live with ISP-Invoice, the customer completes training that we break down into four main topics which the customer needs to prepare. Our training focuses on the training of employees, as well as taking parts of the configured application into a production environment. In particular, these include recognition improvements, user roles and proxy schemes. As an additional benefit, work is entered directly in real-time, so the focus is on processing invoices rather than on setting up ISP-Invoice." Marc of Eurosafe Solutions concludes: "The implementation process was completed smoothly. There were short lines of communication and plenty of consultation; an exemplary partnership. We are now happily working with ISPnext."

Working more Efficiently

Marc: "Thanks to ISP-Invoice, we can recognise, approve and process purchase invoices faster. It helps us work more efficiently. The finance team is enthusiastic about the user-friendliness of the application. Hardly any incidents were reported after the launch. Recognition with ISP-SmartScan also works well for us. Invoices are now recognised better and faster. There is less manual labour." 

Marc looks ahead: "With our migration to Acto and ISP-Invoice, we hope to be fully ready to start reaping the benefits of an intensive implementation period in the coming years."
