Mandatory B2B E-Invoicing in Poland postponed
Electronic invoicing will eventually become mandatory for everyone and Poland is leading the way in this, but with some delay.
John Schouten, Director of Product Management at ISPnext: "The original date of mandatory B2B E-Invoicing by July 1, 2024 is being postponed to a later date due to critical bugs in the KSeF system."
"That said, it is only a matter of time before electronic invoicing becomes mandatory, not only in Poland, but throughout the European Union."
We continue to monitor these developments closely and will continue to inform our network about them.
"It is only a matter of time before electronic billing becomes mandatory."
