What will be your focus as Strategic Partnerships Manager?

You drive the ISPnext Partner Eco-System and the selection of new (inter)national partners that add value to our organization in the field of ERP integrations, third-party content, and commercial and implementation partners. You continuously make the connection between market trends, customer needs, and the ISPnext vision to identify the right partners to expand our ISPnext Eco-Sytem. From this analysis, you select the most valuable partners for our organization.

In addition, the focus is on optimizing and maintaining our existing (inter)national partner portfolio. Since you are in frequent contact with (potential) Business Partners, you are aware like no other of the current and future market developments within Business Spend Management. You know exactly what is going on in the market and what the wishes and needs of our partners are, and you know how to translate this into a strategic approach which you then translate into partner programs.

With your hands-on mentality and a good sense of entrepreneurship, you know how to create the right inputs and make commercial or product propositions. Through the development of new (social media) campaigns, you know how to seize your opportunities and succeed in further expanding the partner network of ISPnext.

In short: a challenging position in which contact with our (potential) partners is central!

Key activities

  • Develop and implement a strategy to attract and retain strategic partners and establish various partner programs within our Eco-System;
  • Active engagement with our strategic partners to understand and align their objectives with our organization's goals;
  • Creating strategic partner plans including commercial agreements based on thorough analysis, KPIs and shared goals with partners;
  • Maintaining regular contact with partners, both online and on-site, to measure satisfaction, analyze and optimize collaboration;
  • Proactively identify and approach potential partners to achieve mutual growth;
  • Organize sessions for our strategic partners to increase their knowledge about our latest developments, stay abreast of market trends, and participate in relevant events to expand our network and understand the competitive position.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in developing and implementing a partner strategy;
  • You have experience in creating strategic account plans and commercial agreements;
  • You have knowledge of Business Spend Management,
  • You are entrepreneurial, responsible and result-oriented;
  • You have commercial insight and persuasiveness;
  • You have strong communication skills and find it easy to approach others. You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
  • You have an analytical mind to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.

Our offer

  • A salary between € 4,700.00 and € 5,800.00 based on 40 hours and depending on your experience;
